At AllPokeTCG, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that for safety and authenticity reasons, all trading card products must remain in their original factory-sealed packaging to be eligible for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all apparel tags are intact and any collectibles remain factory-sealed.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
